Just like with bathrooms and basements, we like to use 2D and 3D remodeling to lay out any new features for your kitchen. This is a process where we create a new set of blueprints and we place your appliances (like dishwasher, oven, and sink) where you would like them, and we draw out your island and cabinets the way you want them. For some projects, this is required in order to get a permit. This service is free from us, just like the estimate.

A standard bathroom remodeling project can range from a smaller project where only a toilet and sink are replaced to a full remodel where we rearrange fixtures, add tile tub surrounds, replace the vanity, toilet, and mirrors, and even add tile backing to existing walls (or maybe even a steam room). If you can dream it, we can build it, assuming space allows.


An extra service we offer is 2D and 3D virtual remodeling. While replacing a toilet or sink will not require this, changing the layout of the bathroom requires a more in-depth look at the end result before we even begin. Please let us know at the time of estimate that you would like to do this - it's completely free, just like the estimate.
